Soviet Estonian leaders at the parade on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Great October Revolution. In the middle Arnold Rüütel, chairman of the Supreme Soviet, Karl Vaino, First Secretary of the Communist Party and Bruno Saul, Chairman of the Council of Ministers.
